ABM 1 organizes “AABHAAR”!
Rendezvous of seniors and juniors of ABM took place on 22nd of August 08’ wherein the juniors had organised a Thanks giving party. It was a perfect blend of enthusiasm of juniors and courtesy of seniors. The programme started on a high note by seniors playing “chip-cow” in which Ravendra Kukreti walked away with the ravishing Kareena’s poster. Following that, all the 34 seniors were dedicated a quote and a song. To add some more spice they were asked to play “figure out” where they were made to guess the name of the junior whose name they picked from a lot. Party was bathed with some thrilling performance from Jagganath, an ABM 1 student, who rocked the floor on the title track of Dhoom-II. There were some more eye catching moments wherein guys n gals of ABM 1 put up bright and breezy performances. The atmosphere was charged by slogans like “MANAGE ka hai dhoom dhadaka hu ha hu ha”. The gala ended with everybody letting their hair down at the thumping disco bash......

Life is like a rose
Life is a melodrama, full of experiences and rollercoaster rides.
Let’s pacify the mood and send an expression of our emotion to our loved ones.
Start with me............
Rose is for Friendship
Rose is for Love
Rose is for Money
Rose is for Happiness
Rose is for Popularity
Rose is for Knowledge
Rose is for Cuteness
Rose is for Family
Rose is for Honesty
Rose is for Long Life
"Kuch karo ya na karo roz ek rose sab ke saath jaroor share kiya karo."
This is for now will come up with some more later.....

Adaptation - The Junior's perspective
"Before we came here, MANAGE was in our mind.... After we are here, MANAGE is in our hearts.... From now on, MANAGE should be in our blood", an excited CR exclaimed. He was right. Our CR is pretty good at motivation and I am, at times, inspired by his qualities as a leader. Flashing back to July 7th, I was like a child in his first day at kindergarden! The last 40-odd days were one of the fastest in my life.
It was hard at first to (as Adarsh sir says) shed the thinking pattern of a student and think like a manager. Assignments were tough at first, but they all seem to be great memories now. I am sure the sweetness of the initial days here would grow with time.
I am a bit sad at the back of my mind that, since all our rooms have Wi-Fi connectivity, the meetings and the group assignments at CC have become redundant.
I never thought that making friends would be such an instantaneous process and one which breaks all the cultural and linguistic barriers. Learning about diverse cultures and especially the traditions of North Indians (which is totally new to me) is such a great experience!
The only problem remains with Hindi. Although I can speak quite well, I still get confused with the use of gender!!
It is true in my case that 'adaptation' to the new environment was very much spontaneous and natural. I am sure it is the case with all the others.

THREE THINGS U LIKE AT MANAGE
THE GREEN CAMPUS THAT ITSELF SIGNIFIES THE VIBRANCY.
THE BEST OF THE FACULTIES THAT COME TO MANAGE.
THE KIND OF RELATIONSHIP AND BONDING THAT EXISTS BETWEEN SENIORS AND THE JUNIORS.
MAKE IT BETTER EVERYDAY.
